1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Innovision Research website and all services provided by us. By submitting an enquiry, making a payment, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Innovision Research provides academic research assistance including but not limited to:

• PhD and Masters thesis writing and editing
• Research paper writing and publication support
• Data analysis using SPSS, AMOS, STATA, R, Python and related tools
• Synopsis and dissertation writing
• PhD admission guidance and SOP writing
• Seminar certification and conference support
• Software and coding assistance for research

All services are provided as academic reference and support material only.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your research requirements
• Use all deliverables in accordance with your institution's academic integrity policies
• Not misrepresent any work delivered by us as your own original creation in violation of your university's rules
• Make timely payments as agreed in your service contract
• Provide timely feedback and approvals to enable project progress

4. Payments & Refunds

All pricing is confirmed in a written agreement before work commences. Payment terms are as follows:

• An advance payment is required before project commencement (typically 50% for new clients)
• Balance payment is due upon delivery of the final deliverable
• For milestone-based projects, payment is made chapter by chapter or phase by phase

5. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer unlimited revisions within the agreed scope until the client is satisfied. Revisions must be requested in writing. Revisions requested outside the original agreed scope may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.

6. Confidentiality & NDA

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed before any project begins. Both parties agree to keep all project-related information strictly confidential. Innovision Research will not disclose your identity, research topic, data, or any deliverables to any third party except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership rights to the delivered work. Innovision Research retains no rights to reproduce, publish, or reuse any client-specific deliverable. However, we retain the right to use anonymised, generalised methodologies or frameworks for internal training purposes only.

8. Turnaround & Deadlines

Delivery timelines are agreed upon in writing before project commencement. We make every effort to meet agreed deadlines. However, delays caused by late submission of client materials, change in scope, or events beyond our control may affect delivery timelines. We will communicate any delays proactively.

9. Limitation of Liability

Innovision Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of B-1/632, IInd Floor, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058, India.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
