Meet Our Founder

Anil Kumar grew up in an army household — his father served the nation for over two decades, and that upbringing shaped everything about how Anil approaches life and work. Discipline wasn't a value he read about; it was the rhythm of his childhood — fixed routines, zero excuses for missed commitments, and the belief that a job worth doing is worth doing completely. When Anil noticed thousands of PhD and Masters scholars across India struggling — not because they lacked talent, but because they lacked structured, reliable, and trustworthy academic guidance — he saw an opportunity to apply those same values to solve a real problem.

What started as informal mentoring for a handful of scholars from his own network slowly grew into something much bigger. Anil realized that the same values his father instilled in him — discipline, punctuality, integrity, and never leaving a job half-done — were exactly what the academic research support industry in India was missing.

Why We Call Ourselves an "Ex-Army Veteran Initiative"?

Innovision Research carries this title because of where Anil's values come from — his father, an Ex-Army Veteran, who served the nation for over 20 years. Every team member at Innovision Research, regardless of their academic background, is trained to follow the same core values that shaped Anil's upbringing: discipline in deadlines, integrity in confidentiality, and a refusal to compromise on quality even under pressure.

This is also why Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are non-negotiable at Innovision Research before any work begins. A scholar's research is their life's work — and we treat the confidentiality of that work with the same seriousness Anil's father treated every duty assigned to him.
